Born in 1971, Italian Interior Designer and Architect Alessandro Crosera graduated from the IUAV university in Venice in 2000 with a degree in Architecture. Drawing from a lifetime of experience and knowledge gained through a long family tradition, he began his career in Interior Design specifically design and customization of interior fittings working on projects ranging from buildings to boats. In 2002 he co-founded the studio Design X in Treviso along with graphic designer Roberto Spadaccio. The studios aim was to bring together designers in a collaboration of creativity, skills and ideas. It was here that Crosera designed his first Industrial piece for well-known Italian contemporary lighting manufacturer ITRE; the glass lamp ‘Rokan’, and then later along with Spadaccio the polycarbonate injection chair ‘Margot’ for the Infitini brand of international furniture manufacturers OMP Group. He continues to draw from his experience today, designing with many renowned furnishing manufacturers such as FVD group, Archiutti, Tonin Casa, Milani and Infiniti Design.
