Arne Jacobsen

Copenhagen born Arne Jacobsen graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 1927 before working at the office of the City Architect of Copenhagen. He founded his own office two years later. He has been involved in many famous projects including the National Bank in Copenhagen, St. Catherine’s College in the UK and the SAS Royal Hotel & Terminal, Copenhagen. During his career he has received many awards and lectured at the Royal Danish Academy as a professor for several years.
